THREAD COLORS

All standard Madeira thread colors. Add .35(G) per cap for Metallic Gold & Silver, per 1,000 stitches.

TAPE CHARGE

$100.00(G) for all new orders. For designs exceeding 7,000 stitches, add $35.00(G) per each additional 1,000 stitches to the embroidery tape charge and .35(G) running charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to the price of the cap, for 3D Embroidery add .54(G). Additional stitch charges also apply to all free tape orders.

3D EMBROIDERY PRICING

In addition to the standard embroidery price please add .95(G) per piece up to 7,000 stitches (1 color, front panel only).

OPTIONAL WOVEN PATCH INFORMATION

Add to Blank Pricing: Add $50.00(G) set up charge plus $3.50(G) per piece (Round - Up to 2 ¼" Diameter) or $4.15(G) per piece (Rectangle - Up to 3" W x 2" H). Price includes up to 12 thread colors and die-cut custom shape. The text within a design should not be less than .08" H. Production time is 15 days after proof approval. Minimum order is 200 pieces.

LEATHERETTE PATCH INFORMATION

Add to Blank Pricing: Add $100.00(G) set up charge plus $2.50(G) per piece. Patch Shapes: Round, Small Rectangle or Large Rectangle. Patch Colors: Black, Dark Brown or Light Brown. Patch Imprint: Debossed or Laser Engraved. Imprint Area on Patch: Round: 1 ¾" Diameter • Small Rectangle: 1 ¼" W x ¾" H • Large Rectangle: 2 ½" W x 1" H. Must Specify Patch Shape, Color and Imprint Method on PO. Add $50.00(G) to set up charge plus $1.50(G) per piece for Laser Personalization on Patch. Production time is 5-7 days after proof approval. Minimum order is 50 pieces.
