When logged onto the website, you will see that you can select the action to "Add To Cart". By clicking the link, it will begin the online ordering process for that item.

You will need to be sure you are on the item page you want to order.

A new window will open to start the ordering process.

The first thing you will enter is the desired product color and order quantity. This will do a check of inventory to ensure it is possible based on current inventory levels.

Next, you will enter an imprint method, an email address for order confirmation and the shipping address for the order.

From here you will be asked a number of questions to configure the product. Depending on the product it will ask for imprint method, number of locations, etc. It will lead you through the questions.

This screen also provides an option for a proof. You can select to receive it, add an email address and add any comments if necessary.

The next screen will set up the ship method and the in-hands date for the order. Based on what ship method is chosen, it will set an in-hands date. We also ask for the PO number on this page (required).

Once the configuration is complete, it will load the screen to add the art file for the product. There will be an option to add any comments on the art if needed.

Once you have added the art, it will bring you to your shopping cart to review the order. If everything is good, hit "Checkout," and it will generate the order.

If you are a prepay customer, it will open a screen to enter your credit card info, and it will take that payment immediately.

Once the order is completed, it is a live order in our system. If you need to change or cancel the order, please contact customer service/sales.

Online Ordering Facts

  • You must have an active login to order online.
  • Blanks and samples can now be ordered through this web ordering system.
  • Catalogs cannot be ordered through this web ordering system at this time.
  • Prepay customers are required to submit payment to complete order. Net and credit card customers are not.
  • This process will create an actual order number and provides a printable record that shows all of the order information.
  • For any changes to the order, you will need to contact customer service/sales. There is no way to make changes online.
  • This process allows you to skip the order entry process, decreasing the time to produce.
  • For embroidery orders, the stitch count is preset at 5000. Once the art is digitized, we will get an actual stitch count that may affect pricing.
